How to set a daily menu

Making your daily menu is very simple: 

1. Choose your personalized recipes according to:

* Your goal: Fat loss, increase muscle mass, longevity, prevent or heal some disease,...

* Diet style: Mediterranean, low carb, ketogenic, Paleo...

* Type of food: Breakfast, bunch, lunch, snack, dinner or snack        

2. Check that the total calories planned and the macronutrient ratios are aligned to your goal, and ensure that your menu reaches the minimum amounts of minerals and vitamins required.
